this thermostat is resetable carfully remove the top cover and reset the thermal trip and avise the customer about restictions to the lower spray arm as that is what causes the problem in the first placeCheers Bob.

a good clean of the water conveyor (dispenser top) should clear the problem you will find the holes blocked, or replace the conveyer p/n 1240146207.

check the insulation of the both the heater and the motor with a proper 500v insulation tester, slight earth leakage causes this problem as it upsets the pcb.Bob.
