    Re: Siemens HB86K570B E16

E16 is relay module fault. If it’s working now I’d leave it and see if the fault returns. 😐

keep your dishwasher salt around the back of the appliance. :clown:

Never seen one of these modules burnt, only the odd failure. But I guess a slug is not covered by the warranty. 😉

    Sean is correct.

Ireland has not had the same situation due to the (generally) lower voltage.

    Same on the continent.

    It’s a U.K. thing. 🙂

Use a twisting motion to remove the drain hose out the pump housing, or just change the motor half. 😉

F9 = heater/NTC fault (no temp rise) unless the room temp is <-12C then it sounds like a fault.

Module has not been correctly coded. :lesson:

It’s looking for a valve that’s not there.

    Yes it’s a Candy/Hoover thing.
We never replaced bearings on these under warranty as it was deamed B.E.R. by Tecnik.

Re: Siemens S54T09X1GB/06 dishwasher no motor.

This type has a variable speed wash motor. Hence the extra module.
It’s not unknown for these modules to fail, assuming that the motor is o.k.
