Grab the pump impellor firmly between fore finger and thumb. Waggle impellor from side to side. If any play is found, the pump bearing has failed and will cause intermittent pumping faults.
A WFF2000 is a great machine and worth saving. 🙂BSH-MAN

“I’ve lost all respect for Siemens based on that design…..”
You’re a hard man to please if one fault, on one component, on one appliance can lead you to loose respect for a huge company. 🙂
Why not loose just a little respect and then save some for later?

ParticipantRe: Bosch SGS43A22GB/01 Dishwasher overfill
If the FD is before 8211 (IIRC) then a new module and mushroom float sould be fitted.
The new module will “time out” on the fill and thus avoid any embarrassing leaks. 😳
For the record, the factory says the reed switch float should be grey side up. 😉BSH-MAN

What is the FD number?

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGU3201 Icing up
O.k. here we go.
1, Switch off with green button.
2, Hold down the “super” button.
3, Switch on green button with other hand.
4, The “super” LED will come on, let go of the “super” button ONLY when the “super” LED goes out again! (about 5 seconds)
5, Scroll though the test programs using the fridge temp select button.(P1-P9) When you reach P9, press again twice to what would be P11.
6, You should be looking at CF(timed defrost). If CI shows, press “super” to change.
7, Switch off with green button. You may need to allow the freezer to defrost by leaving it switched off with the freezer door open for at least 24 hours.

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGU3201GB E2 problem
Yes, yours is a /01 from your posts.
E2 means the fridge evaporator sensor NTC is reading >45 or <-35C i.e. it’s knackered! (Or wet)
The function of this sensor is to control the defrost of the fridge section evaporator (back wall).
The sensor is buried under the insulation and it’s not a good idea to try and replace it.
A solution is to replace the large plug in module with a service module 263782 as this ignores the sensor by using a set time to allow the evaporator to defrost.
The bad news is that it retails at £96 + VAT

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGU3201GB E2 problem
Looks like 263782 module for you then. 🙂

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGU3201 Icing up
A full ENR would be required for this info e.g KGU3201GB/07 😉

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGU3201GB E2 problem
It’s important to know if this is a KGU3201GB/01 or a KGU3201GB/05.
E2 fault is not the same for both revisions IIRC.BSH-MAN
ParticipantRe: Bosch 6312 Dishwasher: No Heat
The board hole for the pin is too big.

ParticipantRe: Bosch KGU3201GB E2 problem
Did the fridge section freeze food just prior to the E2 fault?

Yes, R600a takes up 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the system jobs these days.
I couldn’t tell you the capacity of the nitro bottle off the top of my head, but it’s about 5 inch’s in diameter, a yard long and heavy! 👿
We only use small (58g) R600a bottles, so we need a bit more pressure to shift/leak test. Up to 10 Bar. 8)BSH-MAN
ParticipantRe: BOSCH MAXX IT on meltdown, can someone help please
Be carefull, as I’ve seen this kind of fault due to a faulty analogue pressure sensor! 😯
