Soz Jim thought you meant felt seal that the drum runs on this wears which causes a gap to appear and clothes get caught. I cant find the service bulliten but I carry the part. Part no. 50272165007

yes the front panel needs to come off. to refit the spring I tie a piece of wire to the hook end loosen a weight bolt, wrap the wire around the weight bolt then tighten it, lets you use both hands to pull the spring down.

this model isnt like the very tall f/f with the evaporator in the freezer roof, its more traditional evaporator in back of freezer so it could be not defrosting it has a mechanical defrost timer, or the defrost channel is blocked.

hi I have been to one this week aswell, this was one of the complaints I called for I have ordered a new timer unit (other stuff aswell)
It doesnt say in the instructions anything about changing the volume, its probably normal, my customer burnt her dinner because she didnt hear it!Could pose a saftey issue! 😯

hi looking at the sequence charts if dry is selected it does whats called TAP TEST. takes in a small amount of water, but if its filling to normal level its gone daft!, has the machine been repaired previosly, was wondering if the wrong configuration code was imputted would it cause this. Does it store any fault codes.

hi was it trying to go into spin on wash? try the tacho loose in motor quite common on these.
