Greg,
with the power disconnected, it is worth checking for broken wires between the door panel, where the door pivots at the bottom – these machines are prone to broken wires here.

Not always true,It depends if you scream loud enough. But concerning do they check if your refrigeration trained or to what standard ..NO

Directive from Samsung is, any visit that hasn’t had fuse board fitted,1st repair is foc . If the service partner is doing their job properly, there should be no need for customer to scream loudly .Re: Do Samsung check if agents are refrigeration trained

if memory serves me correctly, i think that relay is just a centrifugal switch, prone to fluff blockages etc… a strip down and squirt of wd40 may help ( when it stops to reverse, the run winding is still in circuit, as the switch hasnt dropped back to flick the start winding )

Commercial dishwashers normally work on 3 phase electricity..660v .. :eeek:
