    up till 3 months ago electrolux were blaming engineers changing boards and loosening terminals hence new module came with new spade terminals which they then said engineers wernt crimping properly funny how they went wrong even b4 engineer touched machine eh sounds like pass the buck time

    blue tubes blocked prevents filling more than likely a thermostat or timer fault but always a good idea to clean the tubes

    use volt stick to test power going to valve coil if not could be a pressure switch problem but unlikely

    check cooling fan is cutting in if it has one fitted and check door seals are ok

    had this loads on under gtd machines for white knite technical were no help at all .most i came across were up aginst an external wall and condensation was forming in panel to such an extent it would get on fan and splash onto heater.if it the model without collection bottle whereby collect water in a bowl etc if they dont empty straight away the water can suck back and overflow into back panel seen this happen with my own eyes

    if it has clock digital or mechanical timer check it is set right if so could be a relay or a contact faulty or open circuit ntc hence no neutral return

    ignore last message getting tired thinking of wrong model check theres not another stat at rear hidden under cavity insulation hard to c sometimes
