Yep, same problem Tuesday and Wednesday , so in the end I ordered from Qualtex. Ended up with a bigger order than the wma element that i wanted posting out but its all stock anyway.

Nah can’t do it, unfortunately the handle (front) part is knacked and it won’t tighten fully without it 😥

Advised customer on Maintenance washes the other day with bio powder and she went out to but bio tablets. Would they do the job?
Her hubbys face was a picture when I had to go back to finish the call, apparently they were in the aisle in Sainsburys arguing over what I’d told them :rotfl: . Apparently Mr Punter had listened 😉TC

Customer away on holiday at the moment so jobs in limbo.
So far they have texted five times from Morrocco and I’m no texter when it comes to work :rolls: !
Have got the machine diagrams off tds and it looks like interlock has caused it deffo (single orange wire on j12 is where the damage starts) just hate the suspense of POP when there’s something else looming as well 🙁 .TC
