I had a call from their 0845 phone number on Thursday last week, unfortunately I wasn’t around at the time and they didn’t leave any message. Presume they wanted to book a call, we always ask for card details or work on a pro-forma invoice before undertaking such work but these companies always refuse. I would rather loose a job than probably work for nothing.

Overall maximum water fill time exceeded (the sum of all the water fills between one drain phase and the next, to avoid exceeding the maximum volume)- Have you checked for syphoning ?

I had a similar Hoover machine on Friday doing the same, removed and checked main board and connections refitted and test machine OK. Had a voicemail on Sunday afternoon to say was faulty again so ordered up another board, replaced board and still the same – turned out that the motor capacitor was faulty so replaced and working OK.
