IWDC6105 is a wash/dryer, the Dryer NTC sometimes shorts to earth and will cause strange faults so I would start with testing this and poss the one in the wash heater.

For the models with welded tubs: The tub/drum assembly group will need to be changed.
For other tub types: The baffles can be unscrewed and new baffles can be fixed after disassembling the tub.Criscold

I think I would check the mains connection box and cables on the rear of the cooker to start with and check that you are getting 240v there

Looking at the wiring diagram the neutral to the element & fan is fed via the door switch so think it would be worth a check
