What a god awful mess. I hear that some of the other big manufacturers are concerned that may not have a network if too many of our lads go down. And still they want us to work for nowt :rolls:

Add to this that they have told D&G (on Friday) that their network is intact and they are back in business. Must be all the Ex EA guys taking all the work cos it looks like no one else has got it 🙂

Bryan – Once again I ask you to note the content of the War Room is to be kept confidential. As a result of asking (officially or not) this will be tracked back to the engineer and likely cause grief.

Bryan – the discussion is about the way that ISDAL responded to the problem not how the problem should be avoided. Without looking at the appliance they decided that the engineer was at fault and left him to sort out the mess. As you are well aware they do not have a qualified refrigeration engineer at Wakefield.
Whilst I’m on about it another manufacturers appliance exploded last week due to a leak in the evaporator and ignition by bare defrost heater.Re: beko free standing
Take the back off – you will see the thermal fuse to the right hand side and from memory there’s another one in the middle area.

I totally agree with you Chris, like you we have been trying to get contact with WGS both on landline, fax, mobile and email all to no avail. Obviously they just don’t give a s..t for those of us that are trying to keep them afloat.
