Re: Look at what your missing

    OK, Update.

Panther, you have now been added, your original fax was totally illegible (not your fault).

Sparkey, the three NR7’s that show on Kevin’s list was you testing 😉 so you haven’t lost any work. NR7 missing will be dealt with of course.

Bryan, I have changed you settings to include all makes of appliance as you didn’t indicate on the fax half the one’s you mention above, if there’s any you particlarly don’t want to repair let me know please.

It may well be the on/off switch itself by the sounds of it.

Please pull the plug before checking :zap:

Re: Blomberg 1301 ABB cut out & will not start…

Probably the door interlock on these models, quite a common failure.

If you’re unsure of how to go about checking, please call an engineer, you can check in repairs@ and the directories for one near you.

If you are going to have a go yourself, pull the plug 1st please :zap:

I’ve also deleted you’re other rather longer post as there’s enough info in this one to be able to advise 😉

Yes, it’s in the shop here:

    http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/Cooker+{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} … ement.html

Ignore the brand names listed for it as your Belling is actually manufactured by Brandt and rebadged.

    Re: Zanussi DE6854 lights flashing

Do you mean the large chamber on the left hand side of the appliance ?

Sorry, the numbers stamped on it won’t mean a thing I’m afraid, they’re generally just moulding numbers etc.

If it is, that’s the IWMS unit which comes as a kit with the inlet valve and various outher bits, quite a common compliant with these dishwashers.

It’s £65 inc VAT and delivery, if we’re on the same lines, please email me at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and I’ll arrange for you.

Re: Zanussi ZVF 45R – Only freezes on fastfreeze

What does it do with fastfreeze off Fiona ?

Any noises etc from the unit ?

It sounds as if it’s the thermostat to me, hopefully anyway 😀

By the way, please don’t leave the fastfreeze option on all the time as all this does essentially is bypass the thermostat and makes the motor run continuously which will shorten it’s life considerably.

    Re: new networks and existing.

It’s only us “regulars” that use the scroller on the whole by the looks of it.

As Ken says, most people use home/forums/”search for new posts since last visit” option.

They then tend to go straight to the one that’s relevent to them.

I’m saying no more than that, but just have a look in the forum headers and the “read” total at the top.

Visably blown normally so you’ll need to remove it, if not a multimeter to check continuity. :plug:

    Re: Replacement mini washer?

The Zanussi ZWC1300 was the replacement for it and looks as if a few sites still have them, although the Zanussi website hasn’t got it there.

Try http://www.dad-online.co.uk/html/contact.html they should be able to help.

Bryan, the list kevin posted was before you were added so there’s no problem there.

Panther, can you PM me or post the codes that are missing.

    thanks.
