Re: Clock/Timer unit for Whirlpool BSO 802 electric oven

    Hi again.

The timer is £115.29 inc VAT plus £3.50 postage. If you want one ordered and posted drop me an email.

The other option is to to obtain a reconditioned one which I can also arrange, although I will need the identification numbers from the timer itself.

Kev, I know it’s a PITA but you’ll need to take a photo of each part and let me know the part number for each one.

Failing that, a lot of the common parts may well already have a photo somewhere on another website or Connect’s DVD 😉

I can put them on the shop for you no probs, I’ll list all the relevent model numbers for each part also as I’ve found a handy spares supplier’s web site (Washvac) that does this for me 😀

Ben if you haven’t sorted by Monday, let me know I can get the board for you, it’s a fairly common part.

Just email me and I can sort for you with postage etc.

    Regards.

It would seem so yes. E2 is a notoriously difficult fault to sort unfortunately, it could be one of many problems, but to the person with the correct tech info, it should be airly easily sorted for you.

Fiona wrote:Is so can you recommend anyone in me ME poscode area.

Depends which ME code, in the directories here, Cutchey repairs cover ME2 only, you could try them, the menu is over to the left there.

It’ll be on the inside of the door somewhere or possibly on the plinth behind the wooden plinth.

The model will be essential as MFI produced many dishwashers all made by various manufacturers.

Could you find the full model number from the rating plate please. It should be around the door somewhere, failing that on the top of the oven itself.

The model will begin with APM/APL/AHY or similar

    Thanks.

It sounds like the module to me TBH.

Without the relevent tech info to hand – the module sends the pulse to the timer motor on this model I think.

    Yeah, it’s worth a crack I reckon.

Delegation time again, and I formally delegate Lawrence to source the media outlet for such a publication, I’m sure as said, we could easily fill many pages between us.

BTW Lawrence, give me that bloody LG model number or I’ll send Bonzaco round to sort you out 😉 😆
