    Re: Dishwasher Whirlpool ADG7560/1

    Hiya,
Give us the 85 number and I’ll have a look at the correct model.
The ADG7560 shows an optical water indicator.

    Hiya,
Are you getting an error code?
There is an OWI in the sump.
Did the plug to this get damp?
If not, I’d suspect the OWI.
Run the engineer test program on it, see what happens.

    Hiya,
Smeg Service site error codes show this error code for some models. E8 diverter valve.

    Hiya Paul,
Sadly, no there’s no English in there at all.

Martin, I’ve sent back the two boards, complete with sheets. I’ve another one coming and if it’s in German I’ll scan it and email it to you.

    Thanks for trying

    Hiya,
The bulb cover is a seperate item and it comes off. Take the bulb out.
If it’s not the version with a screw, peel back the reflective foil and you’ll find the plastic catch in there. Don’t break it, just lift it slightly and slide the unit toward you.

    Hiya Jim,
    Thanks for that.
Much quicker and it would have arrived before I asked for it. 😛

    Much appreciated.

    Hiya,
No wiring diagram online for the 12nc you posted.
How many wires on the clock?
If it’s 4, ignore the live and neutral coming into it, it’s the other 2 across the relay that have to be joined.
    If it’s 6, same again, normally 1 to 1a and 2 to 2a.

    Hope this helps.

    Hiyas,
I tried the quote thing, put in my Whirlpool side by side, my post code and got a price of £110. Didn’t ask at all what was wrong.
It’s a quote too, not an estimate. Even lets me book the appointment.

    K.

They’re the posh prefabs, the ones that used to be in Aberdeen had a concrete slab for a roof. (In fact, the walls were concrete slabs too). 😆

I found this to be an interesting thread until the above was posted.
It’s such a pity that the thread has been dragged down to stereo typing insults.
There are some extremely bad independants out there, doesn’t make them all bad does it? So why apply it to BG or anyone else?
I work for British Gas, I take pride in my work and take great care of peoples property.

£110 to repair a Whirlpool Side by Side appliance. Not bad if it needs both boards.
