Hi
Looking at the instructions on page 11 the machine is doing as it should.
If you could set it to 1400 spin the programme time would be longer than the hour as advertised. This then in turn mucks up their sales pitch of wash and spin a full load in an hour.
Remember as well this cycle is for lightly soiled fabrics.

Hi Paul
If it’s just the selector switch you are after then it’s available in the UKW shop here among others.
I checked on Minerva and your model is not listed. All their model listings all start with prefix B.

Hi Tim
You will probably need to change the decor doors as it seems the doors you have are for in column appliances.
So you either replace on a like for like basis or you have the added expense of new doors that will fit a fridge freezer.
Moved to fridge and freezer forum 😉

Hi
Sadly your description is not enough for anyone to help.
In order to help you can you please post up the model number and a little more about the fault ie is at at soon as it’s switched on or after a while if so how long. The more info the better 😉
Will move you down to the dryer forum.

I was only thinking the other day he’s been quiet of late and then he pops back up again with very much the same garbage he’s been spouting over the last couple of years.
I see there is a friendly UKW snake in the in the grass on the COMCAT Facebook page 😉

Just so you know Martin I have deleted Mary’s post and banned the user.
While the link was a genuine American link the poster was in fact in India!! I think our Mary was testing the water before posting a lot of advertising.

Oh well worth a try with the “outside the box idea” 😉
Glad you have a work around even though it’s not ideal.

Hi
Who told you? How were they described to you?
I can’t find any reference in the instructions either.

Hi
Sadly in the 50cm width there is very little out there as you have already found. The tallest anywhere is 150cm ish which is as good as it gets.
So thinking outside the box a little, could you either expand the current space by getting the kitchen fitter back? Or could you cope with a small fridge freezer in the kitchen and have another one say in a garage/ shed or spare bedroom?

Kenwood is a badge name for Curry’s mainly produced on cooking products by De Longhi. Sadly it sits at the budget end, that said spares are usually readily available and affordable which is good news.
The model number of the Kenwood would be great if you can 🙂
