I wouldn’t go trying to fix it yourself as you may invalidate your guarantee, instead phone Service Force on 0330 333 3725 who will arrange to send an engineer out. Have the model and serial number to hand when you phone.

The only dishwashers with a depth of 550 are the integrated ones. I have not come across a freestanding one at that depth before.

I would go for either the Beko or White Knight condensers in light of the recall on Hotpoint and Indesit dryers http://safety.hotpoint.eu/. In time existing dealer stock will be modified or replaced as decided by the retailer. Good stock of dryers should have a green sticker on the rear alongside the model details label.
If you have provision to vent I would go for a vented model any
day, again the White Knight is always a good bet.HTH 🙂

It’s certainly surfacing now http://safety.hotpoint.eu/ complete with model and serial number checker. TS have also been given or lifted the same info as it appears on their site here as well.
I’d like to know where the “extra” guys are coming from to cover all these machines?
Is it worth a “sticky” at the top of the TD forum or as a news article on the front page?Don
