ModeratorRe: Electrolux F/F problem Thermostat Ranco K59
It’s an old one K circa 1999 I found it on Lux’s system by searching shortcode ie ER79 and scrolling through till I found it.
Anyway details are ER7946B PNC 924628058. Thermostat still listed by E.Lux which appears to be genuine only, no pattern part that I can find so maybe the one the fitted is not correct.
Dave in the shop should be able to get the genuine one for you spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk in you wish to order.

Hi Muv
Can’t help with the first question :rolls:
Second question I can though 😀 Statesman were acquired by Pik A Pak some time ago. Spares are available by phoning 01473 271272 and ask for Statesman spares.
Let us know what the spares ordering experience was like and the fitting of the seal as we are considering becoming a stockist.

ModeratorRe: Belling DB900e Mains Block
Hi
Part number according to Connect is 082612535.
Searching on Connect for belling terminal block does bring up quite a few, so it may be worth you comparing yours with the pictures if you have a Connect account of course.

Hi
make and model number of the existing one would be good, this can usually be found on a label by the motor.
If you remove the chimney stack and there is a large hose attached to the body it is ducted.
In the recirculating mode there is usually a large black filter on the end(s) of the motor.

Hi
Sadly UKW are no longer selling the ISE range of appliances. As for branding the current popular groups for freestanding tumble dryers are Hotpoint and Indesit. AEG, Zanussi and Electrolux. Bosch and Siemens. Hoover and Candy. You then have people like Whirlpool ( who are in the process of buying Indesit group). White Knight. BEKo. Gorenje.Maytag. A full list is available Here
Buying guide here to get you started.
Our opinion 😉 Vented is more reliable than condenser, if you cannot vent then condenser it has to be. Machines fitted with sensors have to have an ambient room temperature of 15 degrees C. Otherwise a straight mechanical timer is the way to go. As for branding I like Bosch and Zanussi groups.
If you want to be “Green” then you could consider a heat pump dryer. Most manufacturers produce one.
Don’t know why you are not getting notifications though if you have checked the box and applied the change.

Hi Ronnie
Welcome to the forums 😀
Can you post up the model number and the 12 number code starting with 85 please, without this no one is going to be able to help I’m afraid.

Hi
Diplomat/ Hygena instruction manuals are rare online, these were the names of MFI who went into administration a few years back.
Best place for MFI spares is http://www.hygenadiplomatspares.co.uk/ the manual is listed to buy at about a tenner posted, not to bad a price.
You could try unplugging the machine overnight to see if it clears the “9”.
HTH 🙂

I cannot find one either not even the German Ebay or auction sites have any. So it looks like the 25 year old Neff machine which is a good twice normal life span is due for replacement.
If anyone on here has one of these in a darkened corner where the spiders lurk can they let CashBoy know please 😮

Martin spouting off yet again, I know it’s kno surprise knowing his track record 😈
This time in the Ebac thread.
In order to hopefully shut him up I have emailed Ebac with an inquiry as an Ebac retailer about the new products and service arrangements.
Also on behalf of UKW inviting them to become trade members to dispel any of ( Martins myths). Also mentioned networking with UKW as this could be of mutual interest. Hope this was okay?
If there is space in the hall at Coventry in Feb could I invite them to attend even if it is just a table with a representative and POS material?
