ModeratorSome of those models are 9 or even 9.5uf

ModeratorNothing available online for it but other models in 60cm gas hobs by Cooke and Lewis have cut outs of 560mm wide and 490mm deep.
I would ask the question at B&Q as it is their own brand.
As an aside don’t forget this needs to be installed by a Gas safe engineer as ventilation and cooker hood clearances come into play.

So if I have a base for it I can just slide it in between two base units.Yes indeed 😀

Moderator“Built in” is a generic phrase meaning just that and not freestanding.
The Neff slide and hide single ovens can be installed in a housing at waist height and up or under the worktop as in the attached picture which I have lifted from the Neff website.

ModeratorThe model number would help.
Some of the Sharp products did have a five year parts and labour guarantee, how old is yours?
Don

ModeratorIf it has been registered then no. I don’t know if AO register the guarantee’s automatically by their invoice straight to the manufacturer. Could be worth asking AO.
I always go by Caveat emptor when faced with this situation 😉

ModeratorNot being funny, how can you buy a table top dishwasher in error? I am always suspicious of something that appears to be a “good deal.”
I would leave it well alone it’s only another £90 for a brand new boxed one from AO and you know there will not be a problem with the guarantee either.

ModeratorYes it appears that the 7kg do have what Miele call GlaronK which is a plastic reinforced with fibreglass from what I can find out. It’s all about research on your part and it proves that even the best of us can get it wrong. I think lie is a little bit to strong 😉
It does look like the 7kg are plastic which keeps the price down to the consumer as for the eight’s I have checked a couple with my Miele service and parts and yes they have stainless steel outers.
So you either pay the higher price for the build quality knowing you can replace parts if needed or the plastic variety which is a whole sealed tank and not therefore a viable repair.

ModeratorENR is usually found either round door trim, right or left bottom corner of cabinet where door c loses against it and by pulling oven out and sometimes found on a label at rear.
Failing all of that yes pop a picture up, you will need to host it say on drop box or Google images and pop the url into your post..

ModeratorThere in lies a lot of issues, life expectancy has reduced in line with prices as the build quality gets less and less. Ask any engineer what they think of the build quality and repairability of current appliances stand well back and wait for the comments. Trouble with kg machines is that the bearings and build are not upgraded to cope with the extra loading which is why they fail!!
Out of interest which model washer dryer with heat pump did you go for?
Washing machines are all the same height at 85cm and are designed to fit under standard worktops unless you have had wood block flooring fitted. I am interested in which model you have?

ModeratorThe Miele warranties are promotional ones and as such the prices remain the same whether they are on a five / ten year or not.
LG and Samsung as Dave indicates is more of a gamble.
I still like the Bosch machines but others would disagree 😉 the “bad bunch” sadly nowadays covers 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of what’s out there. We need the build quality to improve dramatically in order for repairs to be viable. In order for that to happen the prices would also need to increase massively. With the planet in it’s current state and jobs on the line etc I cannot see this happening anytime soon.

I assumed that the AEG would be better just on the basis that he equivalent looking zanussi doesn’t seem to have more than a year warranty with it?
Buy your AEG or Zanussi from John Lewis and it will come with a two year warranty.
Most machines these days are deeper than the usual 60cm due to the bigger drum capacities. You will need to research carefully all the options 😉
