Hi curryman Not only are they quiet but they also come with a two year guarantee parts and labour in the 500 to 600 bracket. The higher the price ticket the better the guarantee, up to ten years on the top of the range machines.

This is exactly the same as this time last year. Checked Hotpoint and Creda this AM on line and yes over 60{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} is flagged as 4 plus weeks lead time. The rest average 3 plus weeks.

Just a thought the free five year guarantee does not automatically come with the appliance. You will need a claim form which is available either through a retailer if you purchase this way or you can download one here.

I must admit I am cooling off on the Merloni front due to long lead times on service calls.
Example 1 Brand new Creda double built in oven, main oven not sparking. Lead time on call 8 days. Customer not impressed at all. Cannot use gas lighter as door has to be closed to ignite.
Example 2 Brand new Creda ceramic hob, frame twisted. Lead time 9 days.The last time I heard of company phoning around inquiring about payments it would recieve, the banks foreclosed and the company went to the wall. Surely not 😕

If the Miele you have is thirteen years old and used daily which is about
twice average use its about twenty six years old not bad eh, money well spent. Miele machines still have that same lifespan today. Price difference between the models quoted and a Miele is not that far away and yes the engineer can update the Miele by laptop as well.

Reading the spec on this machine I would say an all round good machine.
Don`t forget the two year warranty is subject to customer registration,

We have stocked these machines since launch date and with not too many problems I must admit. Only had to return one item for credit which was dealt with promptly.
It`s good to have a brand which is for the independant retailer only whereby we can make a little more margin and offer a two year warranty.
