Have you checked that the wash arms are positioned correctly and spin freely?

I agree with that statement ken, and the general public will blame optica whilst buying their electricals online and then picking over the bones of comet! Then you get the Sun newspaper doinf a full page spread about the demise if the high street and challenging the goverment to do something and then the next week a they do a 2 page spread on where the internet bargains are! You got to laugh

Take the filter out and have a god look inside to make sure there isnt anything inside. Put the machine on spin with out a load in and without filling with water, will it spin to full speed?
