I know you said you checked the heater and motor but points to a slight earth leak on one of them.

water inlet fault, would suggest either something caught in wash pump ( gasket from rinse aid flap usually!) or the pressure switch clipped to the side of the wash pump.

model would have helped….. in general:

    25 degrees : 11.5k- 12.5K
    60 degrees: 3.3K- 3.4K
    110 degrees: 743 – 821
wish I could find degrees and ohms symbols on keyboards these days!

some of the washer driers have a second drier NTC at the rear of the condenser at the back, under the fan motor but as I said, model dependent.

    Re: Coldplay

They did a good job of entertaining though not sure they are really Glastonbury headline material these days. But there again who is? Was probably the most unadventurous and boring line up in years. Turned over for a big chunk of their set to see PJ Harvey which was outstanding, however did not stay away long enough to miss the awful Gibb brother. Bee Gee’s and ELO were crap back then, cannot see why anyone can get excited about them now.

The appreciation for good music is very subjective Mark, I’m sure you would agree? You must remind me to ask you sometime what your definition of “coolness” is. (I’m guessing some sort of ’60’s flower power expression?)

    If you have to ask…..

might surprise you that the brand with the best reputation and the most costly machines offer (in my area at least) a 10-14 day wait for service and most of their customers put up with it, the ones that dont call me.

If its anything like the Smeg units then its mainly folks not bothering to read instructions- common story these days- having said that, a lot of these are stupidly complicated to use.
