    Re: Calblock?

Had something similar when I did Whirlpool work.
    Didn’t sell, didn’t work.
I fitted them as normal fill hoses to get rid.

Can be a bit tricky but goes on easier if you cut off the two lugs on the front end of the fan housing.
Never had to loosen the front cover though.

I was in the same position a few years ago and I employed my wife full time too.
I lost my biggest customer and had to bite the bullet and let my engineer go.
My wife went out and got a job and can earn as much as I do when things go quiet.
To cut a long story short I am much better off financially even though my turnover has dropped by 75{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} 😀 😀

Holidays are easier too as I just shut up shop and take the mobile and diary with me 8)

    Re: Under Guarantee

I had one doing this on first use and it was the eco ball wrongly fitted.
It has to be pushed right into the housing in the end of the hose so that it is captive inside the hose.
Has the machine been filled up through the drain hose for some reason?
This can push the ball through.

    Hope this helps.

There is plenty of work to be had without having to buy it off someone.
I do very well on low volume work, mainly B/I dishwashers and installations paying four times the Indecent rate with on the spot payment and no investment.
Gives me plenty of time with my family and keeps the blood pressure under control. 😀

The fault described doesn’t sound like a component failure.
Restricted water inlet or drain syphoning could be the cause.
I had one this week showing a variety of fault codes and it turned out that the customer hadn’t cleaned the gauze filter from new which was upsetting the water indicator switch.
Best to look for the low tech solution first before opening the tool box is my motto.
Difficult to do on the phone though.

    After thought.
Poxy askoll wash pump can throw up strange faults.

    Good luck
