Not as bad as people would have you believe actually. We’re no experts on these but have had to get involved with them due to contract work.

From memory the part number is the same now and it’s 9590148. The sensors are cut and joined, using heat shrink.

Hello, it wasn’t a guess re the fuse, it’s what we do!

Hello, as I said I don’t have access to tech info this weekend. The freezer does have a defrost circuit which employs a heater to periodically defrost the evaporator.
I’m thinking that this isn’t a simple straight forward issue and maybe you’ll be better calling for an engineer.

Hello, don’t short the sensor, or you’ll be replacing the pcb as well!
The other part you talk about will be the thermal fuse and you should have continuity through this.
I don’t have access to technical pages this weekend and so I can’t look at the appliance more closely. You’ve proved that the fan works, you’ve just got to attribute the fault to either the control of the fan, ie sensor and possible pcb, a system fault or maybe even a defrost circuit fault.

I think there was one that united should have had too, but Clattenburg seemed determined to dispell the myth single handedly that visiting teams dont get penalties at Old Trafford.
