    when you say shut down do you mean all the display and lights go blank ?

    well there are 2 identical NTC,s in the motor. they must measure the same otherwise it wont heat. since its unlikely both will fail its an easy check

    can sort of see whats going on its the second winding thats making me think. cant see how that connects with the circuit

    usually there are 2 windings , start and run
    the run winding is across the mains but the start winding is in series with the cap just to start it

    tilt the machine back 45 degrees against a wall or similar and climb underneath

    on some machines unit wont function if brushes lose contact with armature

    check motor carbon brushes

    well if you have not done already

    remove each connector and put it back twice

    if the contacts are dirty it will clean them

    have you tried cancel button ?

    both are the same diagram. all thats added to the first on its the control circuit. control circuit closes a contactor to start motor

    well can make a few guesses but that all they will be

    you have a start and run cap

    the start cap will be in series with the pair with the end switch. i assume by end switch you mean centrifugal switch on the motor rotor

    the main wiring red brown pair ewill be connected directly to the mains

    after that it gets a bit i dont know

    have you got the wiring diag they sent you

    might give me a clue

    press and hold start button as if your cancelling the programme

    see if that does anything

    the selector or the wires too it could be faulty

    the wires inside the door are common to go but its not a cheap repair

    also getting the door off is fun, look up the owners manual
    1st you lock the trolleys then there is a ring either side you have to use a small screw driver to unlock

    Then it lifts off

    ntc looks like its on the heater

    can do but

    with the beko site from the model above i can get a part no but if i put the serial no in it may change

    so if you dont want to take a chance let me have serial
