dont think your model is correct as i cant find it

    try

    1 site shop https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/
    2 elementman http://www.elementman.co.uk/
    3 http://www.cda.eu/

you can try ringing CDA but i would check the model first

if all else fails you can prob get one made

Re: Bosch washing machine new brushes fitted

never had to file the edge of the brushes, they are a bit tight till they get to about 2 mm from the bottom but i assume thats so they can be released after the motor has been put together.
no I mean the actual face of the brush that contacts the armature

most of the time any damage on the main board will be visible. blown tracks etc

since you had to reconnect the wires i would do a resistance reading from the pcb. see if you can find Armature. field coil and tacho before you start deciding the board is at fault

Re: Bosch washing machine new brushes fitted

dont know of other peoples problems but not had any bosch motor problems in ages

the only problem i am having is the replacement brushes. Am using the Qualtex car93 brushes and am finding they are not manufactured properly. What I find is if I just fit the brushes they will spark excessively. If I then remove the brushes instead of the wear being in the middle of the head it is at the tail end so i have to emery this edge before i install them.
I am assuming the the angle of the head is formed wrong in manufacture. I must order a gen set to check one day.
What it does mean is I have to spin the machine and remove and redress the brushes to make sure the sparking does not damage the motor. Also I tell the customer to use a lower spin speed for the first 10 washes and don’t load it full of towels to give them a chance to bed in

thats not the correct model but its probably a Beko in which case its at the back of the oven on the right looking from the rear

if you have model or prod code ( prob starts 772) i could look up the part number

    Re: BOSCH Classixx not condensing

if it was a simple blockage i would have expected the machine to cut out when the sump became full or at the very least start leaking the overfill water on the floor

Re: Bosch washer dryer WVD24450gb cuts out power

if you are certain the power to the machine is ok ( live and neutral) then its most likely the board power supply

you have leak. you have to run the machine with the sides off and look for it

when you have found it you can try to fix it

    Re: BOSCH Classixx not condensing

if the clothes are drying the water must be going somewhere and if its not in the draw it must be leaking out of the seals into the case and into the surrounding air. if it was cold outside i would expect condensation on your windows
