not seen one of these my self yet but from what i can see there is no heater. so the drum heat id derived from the compressor and recycling the heat from the condensor. according to the graphs in the manual looks like your max temp on a cotton dry seems to peak around 55 degrees amd that only if i am understanding the graph

not sure if you have it will send it to you

go to the site shop and email the info and they should be able to source it

    https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/

you will need the model and the other numbers which is the commercial code as sometimes there can be more than 1 heater in a range

Re: Hotpoint Aqualtis Tripping Circuit Breaker

    its not a combined element

when an element gets switched on the machine draws more current so it could also be the mains supply
first try another plug ( just in case )
then i would (unplug machine ) disconnect both wires off the wash heater, insulate them with electrical tape. then run the machine and see what happens

it not a 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} test but if it does not trip its a good indication

also do you use the tumble dryer? as elements dont like not being used and attract moisture from the air. This can cause them to start tripping the mains

    hope it helps

    Re: SAMSUNG WF90F5E3U4W/EU MOTOR STAMMER

cant see what i need to give an opinion

in short depends on the motor

if it has brushes probably the motor

if no brushes could be motor ( open circuit coil ) or pcb only has output on 2 phases

was talking about connect / 4ourhouse even the retail prices are higher on that site

sad to see CH going but a lot of stuff has gone solid state so cant be repaired gone are the days of tape transport system faults etc that kept firms like CH in work

that site is known for very silly prices but they have a lot of contracts and some parts cannot be got anywhere else

    Re: Dead Siemens washer drier

the board will have a power supply on it and i suspect that might have failed. if your going to try a repair on that you would need to be experienced in soldering components onto boards.

you also have to be careful as they normally change the voltage to dc first which mean there is about 350 volts DC on the board

    Dave

there are places that might repair the board for you like http://www.qer.biz/servReps.htm

most common fault is ntc failure ( the other stat on the element. if its resistance is too high or low it wont heat

    Re: Dead Siemens washer drier

when you get any machine thats dead you have to check for both live and neutral. If the neutral has failed everything will be live but it wont work

    try a different socket first

if you have live and neutral to the board then its probably a board failure
