you can work out most interlock connections
you need a meter and a plug and lead with 2 terminal to connect to lock
use meter to find which terminals are the heater
the one i have here is an old hoover one and the heater is terminals 1 and 3
connect lead to these terminals and plug in
when lock has powered slide lock mech till it locksunplug mains and using a meter fing out which two terminal are now short circuit
with my lock its terms 3 and 2
now on my lock your red wire will go on term 1
after that the other 2 dont matter but only 1 way will work
the red may supply a live or neutral to the lock to energise so as long as this wire is in the right position you wont blow the machine
you say that one brown wire is live and the other is neutral but in actual fact one wire is live and the other is the switch wire that becomes live after the lock closeshope this helps

just to add solutions to the above problem
have got the oven going by repairing the old board
inspected new board and found resistor R111 had blown
sent board back to connect and ordered new board but was careful to order new board before sending old board back
new board arrived this morning and R111 was blown on arrival. That means connect are sending out returned boards from customers that have fitted them wrongly
am awaiting new board again as customer still want mod done to update oven hopefully this one will work
Thanks for your help Bryan your info you supplied proved I had wiring correct despite almost complete colour changes
moral keep an eye on connect when it comes to electronic parts

ModeratorRe: Beko DVC563aw main oven temp
used to use the letter
S.O.K.O.F
this stood for
“Set O.K. Operator Faulty” 😆
i am reluctant to change it to cooker and oven does not sound to good either 😆
seems to fit in this case

There you have said it. Seem to remember old cookers where +- 50 degrees but cant be sure
anyway you get used to your cooker and over time as the stat goes out you change the way you cook without realising it
If you take the 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} rule there could be up to 50 degrees difference but with an old stat this could be considerably moreDave

ModeratorRe: diplomat dishwasher weird fault
from what you are telling me it sounds like a programmer fault specifically the programmer power supply which is inside it
this is just an educated guessDave

ModeratorRe: HELP with Prima Electric Fan oven – DIAL
clockwise
lamp only
fan only ( i think not sure )
fan and heat (ie main oven )
grillgrill will smoke a lot especially if not used for a while
open windows if really bad and close kitchen doorsturn on grill and wait till it starts to smoke. then turn grill off till smoke dies down. turn grill on till it smokes then turn off and so on
if you just turn it on and dont turn it off it could go on fire
After you have burnt it all off, using the grill on a regular basis will keep it down. the reason it happens is because the grill element is no being used while you are using the oven so fat from your cooking gets on it which burns off next time you switch it on
hope this helpsDave

ModeratorRe: Beko DVC563aw main oven temp
i would not see that as excessive the only way you can get a more accurate temp measurement is to use electronics
10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} fluctuation would not make much difference to cooking. so if you customer finds it a problem they cant cook

Why?
have you changed the board and now its dead ?
if this is your first visit. inspect boards for signs of damage. if no damage quote customer for repaired lower board and if agreed send BOTH boards to EMW. they will then repair which ever one is faulty and test them as a pair
