sparking in the socket can cause tripping

Moderatorcheck the tube from the pump to the draw
look at the pump impellor. make sure its clear and the rubber bar is intact (impellor)
if all ok it can only be pump or control board

that sounds like a power supply is coming on then cutting out
I would try to disconnect all i could but leave the power to the board. then power up and see if it still clicks
does sound like a board problem
also looks like an integrated unit so if under 2 years its probably under guarentee

so 11 is B in Hex and 14 is E
that makes it EBEseem to remeber the fix for this was reflowing solder joints on some of the power relay. poss hairline cracks on board by the relays
