comes up fault with electronics which prob will not be simple or cheap
since Bosch and Neff are the same company you can search for same error on these makes and see what you can dig up

it is an odd one as most 3 phase motors are very reliable
not a great fan of Samsung, not only is there zero tech backup but potting the board means a lot of simple faults arn’t

if its new dont try to cure it get another one
sounds like the pressure of closing the door is causing the fan to catch

everbody want cheap appliances and you dont get “out for nowt” so they cut corners to keep price down which affect reliability

just checked wiring diagram and the fan will run with stat wire disconnected provided the oven is cooking. all the stat does id make the fan run on after you turn the oven off while it cools down

remove on wire from the stat, turn oven on at the wall, set clock. but dont trn ot on to cook so its not heating, all kobs in off positiondoes the fan run then because it should not, if it does a new stat wont help

think the first thing to do is find it and see if any components look odd
look for capacitors with bulging tops

assume you mean fan should NOT turn on immediately with both wires connected and it wont turn on at all with one wire connected provided you have correct stat
if you have not got correct stat, when one wire is removed, oven wont workDave

if its this one then I dont think thats the main pcb. it looks like a control board only. there must be another power board in there somewhere

tech info leads to no info and not seen this one yet so cant comment on taking apart
to be fair a lot of maunfacturers are doing this. you try to get a spare for shark / ninja and you will hit the same brick wall. Had a shark with a pet damaged flex, so we had to fit a plug and customer had to use extension or fork out £100 for a new motor unit
part list shows a complete motor unit with flex part no 49129999
you cant half tell its a chinese owned company

from what your saying it seems motor sometimes turns and sometimes not
are you sure there are no broken wires in the loom between motor and control unit ?
does motor turn with no weight in ?
