first check its not mechanical.
see if you can find the off position and see where it is
if not try putting a little bit ( stress little) of wd40 into the rotary sw and work it round a few times and see if things get better
if all no then a new board it is. I will assume its the display board with the rotary switch but cant promise that.
you will also probably have a job getting it as its so new

Kai is correct looks like auto dose
my guess is the sensors may sense if the detergent draws are getting low or if draw is closed
listed on diagram as sensor 1 2 and 3
not very helpful

its odd as i assume no error codes
have you looked at pressure sw hose to see if its rubbed through anywhere ?

had a few of these go on older machines . impeller breaks in 2 and does not pump

not as far as i knoiw
some problems on heads can be cured as long as motor is ok. had lots of broken wires and split tubes
the only wholesaler i have not looked at is Maddocks they do seem to be selling odd hard to get parts
Davewell looked at tech and there is no info on the fault
but
look at parts list and 2 stats are listed under the same part location ident but have different temps. one is listed as violet the other as black

are you still getting E16
this is the older type heater lock. have you checked board for damage ?

normally there is no reset after a door lock
what fault are you getting
what resets have you tried ?
