Moderatori assume whats hapening is one of 2 things
either
the motor is not being energised
or
the motor is running but the switch is not working or the board does not detect its operationDave

Moderatorif you are telling me the NTC on the front of the duct is reading 11 ohms when not in circuit i would say thats too low by miles

what you have now i have never heard off and i suspect you may have got water on the board

so all the tech on this is not a lot of use as its wrong

Moderatorwell you can start by checking the coil resistance to see if its open circuit
its either
faulty or no power is getting to it due to a wire broken or timer problem

as a long shot have you got the serial no ?

Moderatorput the meter on a buzz setting so it buzzes when leads are together
then put one lead on each terminal and operate the switch it should buzz in one position and not in the otherDave

Moderatorwell if Beko think your switch has 3 connection what else is wrong
seems like the tech is wrong
