i assume whats hapening is one of 2 things

either
the motor is not being energised
or
the motor is running but the switch is not working or the board does not detect its operation

if you change the temp to no 4 does 4 flash or does it go back to 3 ?

if its colder the off time will be more and if its warmer less

if you are telling me the NTC on the front of the duct is reading 11 ohms when not in circuit i would say thats too low by miles

the pity here is your original fault is the water in the bottom

what you have now i have never heard off and i suspect you may have got water on the board

the overheat stats are just switches so zero ohms when closed meg ohms when open

looked up with your serial no and Beko still list a 3 terminal switch

so all the tech on this is not a lot of use as its wrong

well you can start by checking the coil resistance to see if its open circuit

its either

faulty or no power is getting to it due to a wire broken or timer problem

The flow control is a motorised valve in the sump that alternates water flow between the bars

there is one in the site shop that says its compatible to that part no

check connector CN 27
thats where the fan connects to the board

all the tech shows a double pole switch which you have not got

as a long shot have you got the serial no ?

put the meter on a buzz setting so it buzzes when leads are together
then put one lead on each terminal and operate the switch it should buzz in one position and not in the other

well if Beko think your switch has 3 connection what else is wrong

seems like the tech is wrong
