Moderatorif the pump is running all the time have a careful look at the triacs. l plus check for short circuited ones. you need to identify the one for the pump

think I would open the timer and check for blown components

Moderatorif you check your owners manual it will say solid check water light is a water fill or drain problem but when it flashes it can be any other fault
and no easy way of telling which one

Moderatorthe only difference is your measuring insulation resistance with 9v dc but the machine operates at 230v
the only way of being certain it to use a high voltage tester or you could remove the brushes and dust off the carbon dust
think one of the things i would do now is lift either t1 or t2 triac leg so you can see if its the triac giving the reading or the board

have you checked for loose connections. waggle plugs and see if display goes on and off. was thinking poss solder joint on the board plugs

Moderatorwhen you measured the traic make sure you reverse the leads in case the leak is one way only
this fault could be a stupid as too much carbon dust on the brush holders causing slight earth leak

also check motor for earth fault

check wash heater, motor brushes. dryer heater. then go onto thermisors
all can be done with a multi meter
