So that company E Spares is where you buy your stuff from?
So you are 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain its the thermostat right? Before I buy itno we have dedicated wholesale suppliers. Espares is a retail company. If they say it should fit and it does not that you can push them to do something about it. That why you need to check its the right part for you model no yourself
that’s why i said “check yourself but it says it should be correct for your model”. Although I think it is probably the correct part I cannot guarantee it, that way you cant come back and blame me if it does not fit.

Moderatordoes not matter how smooth as long as the legs are adjusted
the main thing is its concrete as wooden floors can add a spring to the problem

ModeratorAs a professional we go to the gen stat and only if the supplier says there is an alternative do we think about it
if we get the gen then we have a 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} chance it will be ok. With anything else the percentages drop

Moderatorit has to be the correct one for you unit or it wont fit
the capillary tube has to be the correct length and the electrical connections have to be the same. if the chinese one fits the bill then its up to you
the stat is behind the knob
there will be a capillary tube that goes from there to where it needs to sense the temp

Moderatoryes K is correct its a simple stat so replacing it should cure it
check yourself but it says it should be correct for your model

Moderatoryes and no
if you pour water in it should come out almost immediately but when a machine pumps out its volume that counts so you can have a partial blockage and it still wont pump out in time

Moderatorits not on a spring it floats. its a very big ping pong ball. So with no water in the hose its permanently open

Moderatorthink its time to take the hose off
eco balls have also been known to get covered in yuk and stick
the job of the eco ball is to stop the detergent ending up in the hose below where is cant get at the washing. the ball floats on the water in the sump hose and blocks it off. As soon as the pump starts the ball drops and water flows out unless its blocked or stuck

Moderatorif you drain the machine as the machine empties there comes a point where air enters the pump instead of water. You can hear the change of note in the pump as this happens
After its drained there should be no visible water in the drum and if you remove the filter there should be only whats in the hoses which amounts to 3 or 4 mugs full approxDave

Moderatorcould be a blocked hose
there is often an eco ball in the hose just as it leaves the drum which can stop things like colour catchers and cause your problemDave

Moderatorwell that sounds like either a board fault or the sensor
on most fridges sensors are not replaceable and those that are often need you to dig a hole in the insulation and re foam it
Kenwood is one of those makes where companies pay to use the name. probably imported by currys
