Am I thinking the pressure sensor being faulty? They do tend to throw up some weird fault if the pressure sensor is malfunctioning.
or blocked pressure switch as its a low signal failure

Moderatorwater pressure goes up and down with use. if other users in the area are using water your supply pressure will drop. see if it makes a difference by using it at odd times
put you finger over the tap to block it, then turn on slowly. if its got really low pressure you will be able to stop it pushing past your finger
the pressure reducing valve only lower the presssure if it exeeds a set value.. if your incomming water is below this value altering it wont change anything
from what i can see the unit should work on pressures down to less then 15 psi and you could stop that with your finger
