Moderatorbell sensor is not a problem at this point, once you pull off the tube the machine should at least spin
if the motor is ok then its only a harness or board fault
check harness for broken wires

Moderatoryou can take a look at the burners. make sure all the flame slots / holes are clear. thats all you can do safely as a non professional

Moderatorif you take off the buners there are 2 things sticking up from the hob. one probe is the ignighter the other is a flame sensor to stop gas flowing if the flame gets blown out
its likely this sensing system has failed and needs to be replaced. once we get a model we could give you an idea of poss part price provided that part is faulty but as said above since your replacing a gas component it must be fitted by a suitably qualified engineer

Moderatoryou have it on a garage that means is possible you getting condensation forming in the heater duct
I would remove the element and look for bits of lint that might short the element to earth if it got damp

Moderatorthe electric meter is not tripping its the RCD in your fuse board
one of the elements in the oven has an earth fault and you either have to do an insulation test on each element or disconnect both wires from them, make wires safe and try it
when it stops tripping you have found it
