ok all dishwasher pump when you close the door at the beginning of a programme

some dishwasher pump for ages before it fills

how long did you leave it before you opened it. flashing may just mean you opened the door

what will be important will be the ones that are not flashing. normally the ones that signify where in the programme the machine is. pre wash, wash , rinse, spin and end/ drain

end light worth 1 spin light worth 2 rinse light 4 wash 8 and pre wash 16

basically you add them to find fault code

cant find exact manual so am sort of guessing with how other models work. am also assuming it has no display

ok i see i did not look it up and most are electronic these days

    yours is a simple unit

first off try another socket it not the first time i have had faulty sockets causing problems like this. if the power get interupted for 2 secs the relay will drop out

if that is ok check the terminal block and supressor where the wire goes in

no and dont blow into the switch as it wrecks it

its not a switch it a variable reluctor. can detect water level of a few liters and measure water level accurately

    still think its motor related
motor is not starting and machine is expecting the feedback so shows error

if the drum is tight is wont squeak all the time

front bearings are plastic skates on some models and when they wear through it just runs on the plastic front but ist not as slippy as the bearing material

try taking the rear cover off and see how easily the drum turns by hand

if relay had gone so would the fuse

    double check fuse

relay contects are in pairs so you have 2 lines of 3 contacts left and right
with board disconnected both sides of the relay should resd the same

chances are your reading a motor coil so its not a problem
if you want to prove it 100 per can unplug the motor
