there wer a number of different suppressors used on these so would need to know which one

you have to be aware you get what you pay for.
if you buy a £400 machine your actually buying a £333 machine as the vat takes up quite a chunk

the pump on this will be 3 phase. since the 3 phase supply is generated from the board unless the motor is tight i cant see it being the motor. it has proved it can do full speed but these motors act as vitual sensors so am not sure what effect that will have on the programme in this case

get error v5 for pressure sw fault not E7

if it is a pressure sw fault
    its going to be either
    the switch
    a blockage
    or the board

but first of find connections to switch and board and remove and replace twice to rule out bad connections

judging by the petterns on the board i suspect R3 is the same as R28

    you have 3 combunations of jumper and resistor. J41 R28 + J40 R3 + J39 R??

with the current way of thinking I doubt spares will be available. would be interesting to see whats done in warranty but my guess would be it just gets replaced

you only have to look at vax to find a manufacturer who makes it difficult to get spares and most times non are available. Shark is another one. we had to give a customer a 1 metre lead as the dog had chewed the rest. Shark would not sell a flex and since the flex grip was bonded on we could not use normal flex. Sharks answer was to buy a new motor unit at £80 or so

you will never get it on that way. the belt he uses must be already used and therefore stretched

will try to explain how i do it

the front fan and cover need to be off to do this and you need a small socket set fot the bolts

you have an idler pulley with 2 bolts. undo the one nearest to you and take it out. loosen the other one just enough so you can unhook the pulley bracket and hinge it over towards the drum. now put your belt round and then use the leverage of the pulley to stretch the belt ond hook the pulley into place. slightly nip up the inner screw first so the bracket wont unhook. then line up the other hole and replace the screw. then tighten then both securely

    hope this helps
