its a vented dryer so has to be an airflow problem

this dryer works by pushing the air out of the dryer. this forms a vacuum in the tub and sucks the air in over the element

    so you either have.

a blockage in the airflow out

blocked filters ( which i know you have checked )

faulty drum seals. if these are faulty the air gets sucked in instead of going over the element

so you looking for anyway the air can get in circumventing the element

i would check to see if the heating element is faulty with a meter

if its open circuit its likely changing it will cure the problem

Think Panapax is an H T Maddocks trade name

ok can be a few things so try this

    with no clothes in it

    select rinse and spin

watch when it pumps out, you should see the water dropping, slowly at first then quicker
    it should then spin

if it works ok could just be an out of balance load

you could check the filter first as a starter

you cant lose that much water without some sort of leak. if it was turning into steam you would have a cloud over your house

you have to let the board learn when its empty and as micky says you put 2 litres of water in or so

set it to pump out and let it finish

hopefully it will reset the empty point
