ok Connect list both board part numbers

aswo list your part number as obsolete

have had this problem with Beko before. board looks the same but machine does not function. whats going on is boards have different software and there is no way of finding which software is installed

Do have a look at D7 its a very common fault so much so i carry 2A shottky diodes in my van. very cheap easy repair done lots of them

have you checked the heater to earth as slight earth fault can cause these sort of errors

    well i get part no

    2437301111

would need serial number to confirm as had Beko part numbers change after entering the serial no

also common fault on these type of board is D7 short circuit. have you checked that ?

sounds like the anti flood device has gone off

base inside the machine has a float. if the float lifts through water this is what i would expect to happen

remove water and it will run again but if there is a leak it will stop again soon

look at zanussi. make sure its their site and not someone else

see if they do a fixed price repair on your machine

it may be an easier option

    not many

some of the Bosch machines but if the spider fails its a complete inner drum. you have to look up the machine on the bosch site to see how it splits to be certain

some Lg and Samsung but would not buy one of them

one or two of the cheaper machines made by Vestel but under different badges in this country like Electra

as for anything else will tag our retail guru in in case he has anything to add

    sounds terminal

the drum is held up by a 3 legged spider

    https://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/mhw57515205-lg-washing-machine-drum-spider

this is one off an LG machine to give you an idea

over time the legs corrode and if one fractures then on spin the drum twists and goes out of true and contacts the door rubber

checked Miele site and the spider looks like part of the inner drum at about £500 ish

    ok
cant get any info on evaporator access. its supposed to self clean but to do this there has to be water in the draw which floods down to wash out fins in eveporator. dont know how it gets on if the water gets pumped away before it gets in the draw

think i would fill the water draw half full and do that a few times and see if it self cleans

if not the try to remove the lower front cover. some of thew clips may be accessible from underneath and see whats behind there. on some other self cleaning machines you can look down through the filter and see the evep fins and carefully pick off large bits of lint. be carefull as fins are very soft. Also on other machines you can cut out the panel in front of the evaporator and Bosch supplied a kit to re seal. not sure if your dryer is the same

ah did no know that as i did not look it up. Heat pump are very different. its a de-humidifier in a box

all the heat in a heat pump dryer is waste heat from the compressor. the result is luke warm only and will never get hot. the important thing is both air flow and does the evaporator get cold so the water condenses
