    Left a message on G.A’s phone telling him the Heds of agreement is a waste of paper, apparantly sourced own spares has been knocked on the head overnight ! ! ! No letter or waning ! Thats the £4.00 blown out of the water on most jobs now, thats there stats blown out of the water, and probably a lot of peed off service providers. Good decision Roy or Deppers ( Leopards dont change there spots )

    Been trying to get auth for them for a couple of days now, but been told staff off – should have smelt a rat then.

    Had a similar conversation with the coverplan fridge work , threatened not to do it and told I would lose all my c/plan work in Bradford. But did tell me I didn’t have to do the Daewoo work if I didn’t want to. I told him I would trial it and the first problem I had I would kick it in to touch, So far in two months i’ve had a call a month. Pinnacle are spreading there work about , using Servicepower, Serviceforce , NESN and now CDSL ! Will I get a call from Gary or will they do the usual of ringing the office and asking the girls if we can do a job ! Time will tell. I wont go out of my way to talk to Gary, i’ll bring it up at our next meeting.

    No only glanced at the pinnacle bulletin, but I e-mailed Gary A about receipts, telling him as far as I was concerned they took the call ,they should tell the cust to get receipt out and advise them of the charges if rec not available. If they dont do that I would bill CDSL, not fight tooth and nail to get a cust to pay.

    Had the problem with opening a trade a/c years ago with GDA when doing Stoves work, There accounts dept. don’t live in the real world, so i’m not surprised its gone tit’s up.
    Mr. Hart must be livid.

    Arrived today, with Deltecs name address on ! And I have to pay them 19.00 for the priveledge of doing chargeable calls, missed that in the thread ! Think i’m going to have to speak to mr. Kershaw.

    I phoned Gary and asked if I had to do the coverplan fridge work ? Answer ‘ If you dont want it I will have to pass ALL the coverplan work to someone else ‘. So I asked why there isn’t more money there ? answer ‘ it’s the same contract’ . my reply ‘no it’s not expert did it’ . No other reasonable ansa.

    I also asked what the rate was for Daewoo. when he told me I replied with ‘ thats shit ‘ and advised him off the technical aspect and asked whether there was any extra for American style. I told him I would suck it and see, if there were issues with the contract I would reconsider my position !

    I strongly suspect I will be saying goodbye to Connect if other things pan out in the next 12 months .

    Usually get the storeman to run out ( cheaper than a tech) , but we have not done any exchanges for CDSL. But I would not fetch an old product back to site ! Why should you! and who’s paying for disposal !

    I brooched the door subject, was told doors go direct to customers and now two part kit to get colour right where necesssary

    I’m quoting 45.00 for first line, 20.00 extra for a regas on top, 25.00 for lockring / sundies and 20.00 extra if it s an american style side by side.

    Not really interested if they wont pay that, or can pronmise volume with a guarantee.
