this models has 2 evaporators, if so you should be getting temp in fri or frz.. if your getting nothing its probaly,compressor.

if this is a condesor dryer, check float switch hasnt stuck on the up position….filter light normaly on if this is the case

divide the price of the machine by 12 months , deduct the months that the customer has used w/m, and give them a refund of the difference,
also have you charged for the repair to there orig WMA ?,
if not i would also enter that into calculation , then give them a bit of discount , for the hassle etc,
put it in writting and send to them, let them take the next step???
and explain very nicely that you have a buisness to run.
ps sell them an ISE the next time ??

Dont know yet, just spoke to cust on phone, she says its a lot louder than it used to be, ive asked her to check thats theirs nothing fouling it etc, thats about all i know, going today…will update asp.
