Lady Replied The Machine Is Located At The Rear Of The Property In The Laundry Room Trough The Side Side Gate.

Went Down The Path Through The Other Fancy Gate|Turned Rite Stopped could Not See Anything.

Scratching my Head 😕 Looked Round Seen The Back Door had A peep Through The Window To Black To Spot Anything Knocked The Back Door no Reply Walked Background To The Front Knocked The Front Door Again
    Feeling Like A Fool 😕 .

The Lady With Her Hair Tied Up In A Bob 8) CAME to The Door.
I Said I Cant Find It What She Said I Cant Find The Appliance I Replied.
She Said Its In The Utility Room Round The Back. Just Follow That Lead
She Pointed Up And There Was A Wire Coming From A Small Window Up Stairs.

Mm I Thought so Followed The Lead Round The Corner And The Lead Was Running Down The Path About Three Meters Above Leading To The Old Outside Toilet :rolls: .
Opened The Door The Stench Was Horrific 😥
Had To Scramble Over A Load Of Black bags To Get in” And There She Was A Creda With A Vented Dryer On Top nee Deep To The Bottom Of The Door With Rubbish cats Stuff Every Where With The Wires Of The Plug Hanging Out.
Roof Driping wet Inside And The Toilet Its Self Was Taken Out And Set A Side The Waste Was Direct Into The Sewer the A Bighole Rats Every Where. I B E R The Appliance And Condemed The Dryer And cut The of Wires

    Re: Being charged for training

The Reason Why They Want You To Sign A new Contract Is”
Your EmPloyer Has A Duty By Law To Supply Engineers Who Have certificates That Are Up To Date.
As Your Employer He Has A Sort Of Obligation To Pay For Your Training
to Be Able To go On A Contractors or Tenders List.

Construction And Civil Engineering Has Already Gone Through It
What Been Happening That People Have Been Trained Done There Safety Courses Each Module Can CAN cost £900 to £2000. Per Person.

The Employee After Passing Decides To Move On To Better Things
And The Employer Is Left With A Bill And Another After Having To Train Somebody Else .
Some Employers Don’t Hand Over The Certificate Now Because They Paid For The Training Although They Are Made Out To The Individual Who Trained And Past.
Its A Difficult Situation For Both Party’s And Health And Safety” Changes Every Five Years Now.
