parts have gone up 16 to 22{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} the vat is about to increase
that’s a possible 25{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} increase hell of a job to compete these days for a couple of parts or a refurb with a warranty.
the customers are haggling over a genuine repair that will last a long time over a cheap thing from a shop that doesn’t care
neither does the customer give a dam even if you given them service for years if they think there having a new washer for a couple of quid more.

had a call from a city customer this morning the lady was looking for her mothers washing machine.
it was uplifted two weeks ago with a £50.00 deposit.
she has been all morning looking for the guy because her mum cant remember who she phoned.

when i asked what was wrong with the appliance she said the guy said it was the timer and the machine was a creda he priced the whole job £110.00 for a recon timer and labour .
it only takes 20 minutes at the most to diagnose the problem and change the timer the old lady is 79 years young theses people don’t need ripping off 😡
