Hi
Most probable is the little wax actuator has died, tbh (p/no 166635)
If that checks out ok, then module (p/no 264877)Power off if you are to investigate inside :plug:
Both parts are available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk

Hi
Just oven out, lid off and remove locking clip off selector assy.
Ease selector/stat assy off mount ,remove remains of broken one off shaft and slide new one on.
Re assemble; not forgetting the locking clip and away you go 😉Greg

ParticipantRe: Bosch sgs0902gb09 will not start
Hi
Quite an intensive machine is that one.
Could be faulty lock unit (motor driven or servo) or faulty module.
Power off if you are to investigate.Greg

A Good Dentist
A guy and a girl meet at a bar.
They get along so well that they decide to go to the girl’s place.
A few drinks later, the guy takes off his shirt and then washes his hands.
He then takes off his trousers and washes his hands again.
The girl has been watching him and says, “You must be a dentist.”
The guy, surprised, says “Yes….how did you figure that out”
“Easy,” she replied, “you keep washing your hands.”
One thing led to another and they make love.
After they have done, the girl says, “You must be a very good dentist.”
The guy, now with a boosted ego says, “Sure, I’m a good dentist, How did you figure that out”
…………”Didn’t feel a thing!” 😆gegsy

Hi
Possibly low water pressure or faulty flowmeter (If fitted).
Would need full model number off appliance itself to aid you further.Greg

Hi Jim
Worth looking at the water point unit plug, on heater.
Had a few where the ‘o’ rings failure had caused a dribble down to the plug and charred some terminals 😀Greg
