    Re: Hotpoint WML520p

    Hi

Some cold nights we have had but not enough to freeze the pipes – just me.
The moral of this story is not to listen to the customer going on about her nice new washing machine leaking every where and to check the very old condensor drier sat next to it. Where I asked is the cap off the water bottle? Dont know, lost it some months ago she said as the penny begain to drop!!!Not had to empty that for a while she added. 😳
One quote for a water bottle for a zanussi tc482 on its way to her.

    Hi

I will give another go today and check with load of towels just to see what it does. This will be only the fourth time it has happened in the last 5 months? 😕

    Thanks

    Hi

Neutral is via pcb and pressure switch. May be worth checking module for dry joint.

Have sent a copy of manual via email

    Hi Mike

I know it sounds silly but did you check that the timer is not set to auto. When you power down cooker and switch back on the clock defaults to auto and you need to set it to manuel and correct time. The clock controls the live supply to all parts of the cooker except for the power light which would link into what you have.

    Re: zanussi zce7701x fan motor

    Hi John

i can only think that they mean the cooloing fan which is situated between the top oven and hob towards rear of cooker. Comes on when grill/top oven is used to help keep controls cool

Part number for this is 3370000501

Great it is most of the time – like it has been over the last few weeks where most have been suffering from ice/snow/freezing fog etc we have had so much glorious sunshine you would swear it was the middle of summer.

Making up for it tonight as I can hear the tiles on the roof lifting as we are having a force 8 gale at present.

    wow this is and oldie

Both connect and qualtex list the main oven stat as obsolete but the type number for it is 40thl7/go. Some suppliers are listing this and have pictures so you can see it it looks ok. Will they still have it in stock?? your guess is as good as mine but may be worth a call

    Hi Steve

For the product number quoted the model would be TCE7276W and the part number would be 1251185300.

Connect have picture on there site of item to see if it looks like what you are after.

    Hi

A quick look at the NTC to check that it is about 5k ohms at 25c as the leds will flash right to left for this fault. (NTC open or short circuit)

Happy new year to you all.

There is a bit of a haze and hangover as I try to get to grips with your replies but I am sure as the information slowly filters through it will make sense.
I will recheck seals on the drum when I go back but did not think that they had gone as the inside of the drier is so clean (show room clean).

It could be the cold weather but customer claims that aga is on 24/7 heating house.

    Again thank you
