Re: Neff double oven HB91565gb/01 – Steam problem

Thanks for your help on this. In 20+ years, i’ve never had a problem with these limiters. I’ve swapped a few on other makes but not BSH.
Are both limiters the same for top and bottom does anybody know. Should I swap both together?

It is obvious and yes I did send an email a couple of days ago to ask the availability, there is no online sales number or link for them, but I haven’t heard back since. If all else fails I’ll give them a call, but I was hoping for trade prices.
    Thanks

Out of stock everywhere. Even tried ukwhitegoods stores. I ordered it last night, it said delivery within 2 to 4 days but I’ve had an email this morning to say that it’s out of stock.
Anybody know where it is in stock, I’ve got a customer stressing about xmas.

    Many thanks

Hi, yes I saw it at smeg, I don’t have a trade account with them and they don’t give part numbers. I was wondering if anybody had a part number to get trade at Masterpart, connect or qualtex.
Thanks for your time. Appreciate it

    Re: Hotpoint Timer BD42SS

Sorry to bring this up again but i’ve just been looking at the identity plate on my computer, blown up and the first number of the serial no. is definitely 6. The 1 is a bit vague but it does start with 6.
What does this mean? Do i need C00199539
    Thanks

    Re: Hotpoint Timer BD42SS

Thanks for that, where do I find the date code on the identification plate, is it in the serial no.
The sticker is a bit worn but i think it says 610270060.
God knows why they have to make it so difficult, why so many variations for one model no?

    Thanks for your help

Re: Smeg Dishwasher spring fit – DI612A

Many thanks for the info. I actually went to the job today and managed it, doing something pretty similar. I used my long handle screwdriver, through the top loop of the spring and anchored it in, using the indentation just under the adjuster and prised it up that way. I know I’ve struggled in the past and usually get another engineer to help with it, but he’s on holiday, so I had to figure something else out.
This worked a treat in minutes, god knows why I haven’t figured this out beforehand. My hands would be all the better for it.

    Thanks again

    Nick
