Cheers for that, I’m going back to the machine tomorrow so I’ll give that a go.

Re: AEG Washing machine 914510109-02 Diagnostic?

    Hi,
Only just noticed that this is the information for the version without an on/off button. Mine has the on/off button as well as the stop/reset position on the dial which is usually the off position.

If anybody can help it would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Cheers Martin,
Could have sworn I tried the 1st 2 buttons and one click clockwise but I’ll try it again.
Thanks for the help, at least I can go back armed with the info now.

    Thanks

Did you ever find out what the cause of this fault was. I’ve got the exact same problem on one at the minute.

    Hi Mick,

I went to one earlier this year, got a shock when I opened it up, luckily it was just a broken belt. I started a thread about the machine asking for more information.

Re: Siemens Dishwasher SN65E000GB/17 Flashing fault

The SMS has error codes of E:01 thru E:28 but my dishwasher doesn’t have a led display.
Does it go by the number of times the brush light flashes then, it didn’t look like any noticeable sequence to me. Just a steady on/off all the time.

Re: Siemens Dishwasher SN65E000GB/17 Flashing fault

Thanks for that Martin. Is that what the flashing brush symbol signifies. The reed switch can be swapped separately from the metering tank can it, unlike the Wpool machines of past.
I’ve also heard about an optical water lens, does this particular model have one of these?
Do you have a part number, nothing come up on a quick search on connect, masterpart and Qualtex.

Does anybody have a manual for me to look through for this dishwasher, would really be helpful to get to know it.

    Many thanks

Re: Beko dcu8230 Condensor dryer No heat

    Hi Dave,
Never got to know the real outcome. I tested everything and just came to the conclusion that the pcb had blown when the stat shorted. The customer just wrote the machine off.
    Sorry
    Nick
