i dont do it like that

i just pull out drum, put belt over motor shaft, put belt in right position, and put the drum back in, makin sure the belt goes over tension pulley

    less than 10 mins

mains supressor, display module main culprits for that
id check the console pcb is fitted properly, and the weights are tight. all that damn shakin will make the on/off nutton operate prematurely

id still check the mains plug/socket first, as u said

    dear oh dear

    the idiots back

one look at any of the ise machines would tell anybody with any knowledge that they are no longer connected with the beko brading.. not even sligtly.. i know, ive REPAIRED tons of them, and i can spot them a mile away

im with penguin this time, and im sure if we had a vote on this, most of us would have him kicked out.. hes wrong on every level, and always will be

clear and concise information? valid and balanced arguments? nothing like with adam, just miele spiel, constantly read out of some kitchen fitters sales patter

no one here, certainly not engineers will ever doubt the quality of a miele machine, it will always be comparable to the indesit scenario.. lack of technical back-up, gang raped for part prices, etc

when are people in general gonna realise that as engineers, its a constant battle to convince people that independant and local service may well be more cost efficient and more reliable than anything the sheds ( which yes i work for) can offer

so its time someone said it, and its gonna be me

adam… SHUT UP AND GO BACK TO DRAWING PICTURES ON YOUR DAMN PC>> YOUR GETTING ON OUR NERVES>> YOUR A LITTLE BOY WITH LITTLE OR NO IDEA OF WHAT GOS ON IN THIS TRADE

there ive said it, i dont care what trouble i get myself in, its a fact

    how old is it?

because, depending, it could have a welded tub, and therein lies your problem

theres only one other way, and thats through the heater, and thats on the back of the drum, under the drum pulley

youll need to split the cabinet on the machine to get at it!
make sure the plug is out, and be careful, theres some quite sharp edges!

ur right, but its because your not fitting them well enough!!

when you fit the seal, u need to ‘curl’ the seal inwards, so it fits closer to the inner tank

ive done a few, just takes practise

if you disconnect the pressure sensor, the f03 fault will occur, because the switch has a heater protect circuit

ultimately, the answer is to try a new pressure switch

experience would point to a pcb failure in all honesty, but it isnt unusual for the pressure switch to have failed

the ntc, is the temperature sensor, and dependin on production is either fitted as a disc on the backplate or in the heater itself

simple test of an ntc is to check resistance, then apply warmth to achieve resistance change?

    hope this helps a little

i think youl find the plug will fit, if you push hard enuff, just make sure you fit it the right way round 😉

its a communication fault between the 2 pcb’s

theres a blue cable between the fascia pcb and the control module

with the plug out, its certainly worth checking/cleaning/tightening the connections

otherwise its new pcb time, and deciding which ones faulty will be guess work

because the contacts in the stat have welded together

    just change the stat
