    pull the door down

pull the hook from the back of the hinge over the tab on both hinges

the door will lock and lift off

refit the new hinges, but make sure the hooks are in place before you put the door back on, or theyre impossible to put back on (very tight but use a pair of pliers)

refit door, so groove fits into runner, open door fully, release hooks, job done!!

no need to go into cooker, unless your changing runners too

    hope this help

    throw them at the wall?

dont do that, it isnt faulty

its usually because the cycling stat is faulty, and if youve changed them as a pair, then your fault should be cured

your burning smell? well, thats possibly just a littlebit of fluff on the element just look at it, and if theres fluff on it, gently hoover it or brusjh it off

would be worth chcking your condenser isnt blocked as well!

a liittle of topic, but it showes where technology is going

    http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/produc … GRG227STBA

lol, there is a model up from this too,a nd that has a barcode reader on the front and a broadband connection

ive seen one.. and you know what? yep, in the morning.. message on the screen..’good morning mr xxx, your milk will be out of date today, and if you fancy a bite to eat, can we suggest…’ and then goes on to supply you with recipes downloaded from the net with all the ingredients it knows are in your fridge

of course you have to scan them as you put them in, or it doesnt work well…
and, of course, the machine will email the manufacturer and book a service call should a fault develop, and yes they will ring you at work , to confirm this is a suitable date for you

technology is fantastic, lets just hope it doesnt break down huh

as for the arcadia boards, theyre already out there

its a costing thing, as always.. all the eproms and boards will vanish by late 2008
indesit are already claiming good reliability, but then they do that all the time

and then theres 2 types of board, and 4 variants of eprom to match either

    nope.. made for production only

    sad, but true

    no longer a viable repair

you could , however contact t_i_m, he did his welded tub bearings, and bored us to death for about three weeks with his exploits

theyre all going the same way

the hoover GO has one, indesit now have 2 variants

thats why there all under £250

    sad really
