    covers are available

a quick look round the forum will tell you people have the same problem

the best way to clear it if its jammed is to remove the pump rear and clean it out that way, rather than break it off

the pump needs to come off, plain and simple

if you machine hasnt got a sealed base, then , unscrew the kickplate, uncrfew the pump form the machine, and it will be serviceable from underneath
other than that, the front panel will need to come off

of course if your happy to wait without a machine while you wait for the filter cover, then smash it off and clean it

but wee need the full gb number to get the right part number for you

take off top and both sides

remove rear bearing pin, then remove the screwas holding the water container to the back panel

take the hoses off, and the back panel should be free (ish)

after undoing the metal side bar, you can egt the drum out by pulling the back away, the drum will come out of the side

take the fan cover off, and feed the new belt over the fan and slip it onto the motor shaft

slide the belt over the drum, and place the drum back, making sure the belt goes over the pulley, this makes it easier

not a nice job.. did one today, and im still bleeding

id advise some good gloves, the panels are incredibly sharp

oh, and be sure the plug is out

and cos its a ctd80. u may need to unfasten the pcb and let it dangle, or the drum wont pull out

id still try tightening the wieghts, even if theyre on…

if the bearings havent gone, the weights either loose, or one of the suspension legs is broken, or the dreded drum spider

even if you bought one, you wouldnt be able to programme it without either a card reader and card or a laptop with emitt software

emw will supply the right one, plug n play

except its a condenser, and the fans in the way

good quality connectors are what i use, cut and butt, unless you want to take off the lid, front off, baffle and drum out.. just to get to the conecting plugs?

    thought not
