    does the module for these come ready to fit or do they have to be programmed? ive just been looking on hotpoints site and they list a blank eprom as well as a module

    the machine is owned by the university & the use the machines get on the campus they aint interested in gtee’s they class it as commercial.

    all four of the lights flash & the start/pause button, are the error codes on these the same as widl range?

    just been out to my van to get model number its a tdc 62 i think the relay on the dryness module is faulty & the customer is going to buy a new machine due to the cost of the module so im curious to see if i can replace it, if i can obtain the same one,

    yes sorry, its off a hotpoint condenser dryer,its a era and the numbers i can read on it are : Typ El 30/18, BV 030-8180.0 08/02T
    not sure if they are relevent,

    I hope you’ve checked the heater then as that’s the usual cause for this fault! 😉

    has anyone any idea what temp the cooling fan should start and what temp the cut out should operate???

    hi steve its a while since i was at this cooker but i think the lenses pushed onto the fascia then the neon clipped in from behind i think they are quite large, about 8 – 10 mm across

    hi ive looked at module nothing visible but if i tap it while its running it starts to go ok so i guess its the relay sticking! when i quote them for a replacement module tomorrow i think they will scrap it, oh well another one lost!

    yes it got past the pause then it stops as it starts to pick up speed , seems strange how the pump and motor both stop, guess i will get a cost on timer first,
